Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations Made More Than 48 Hours in Advance
Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service start date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours in Advance
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service start date will be billed in full for the entire scheduled services, including all hourly rates and any applicable transportation fees. No refund will be issued.
All cancelations must be made in writing and emailed to service@familycareoption.com
