What is your cancellation policy?We kindly request at least48 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a partial or full charge, depending on the timing and nature of the scheduled service.

What should I expect after submitting a service request?Upon receiving the request form, the services will be confirmed and an email confirmation will be sent with the caregiver's profile attached. Upon receiving the confirmation, it is the client’s responsibility to review and make any inquiries pertaining to the confirmation or request a change. At this time, the credit card provided will be billed for the services confirmed. If services are rendered past the confirmed schedule, the client will be billed according to the additional services rendered. The confirmed caregiver will arrive at the concierge desk 15 minutes prior to the start time confirmed. The Concierge will ring up to the room to announce the caregiver's arrival, at which time the client has the option to meet the caregiver in the lobby or request the concierge to send the caregiver to the room. At the end of the shift the caregiver will present a timesheet with a log entry for the client to review, agree, and sign off on.

How do I book a service?You can submit a service request directly through our website. Once received, we’ll match you with a trusted provider based on your needs and preferences.

Do I need a membership to use your services?No — anyone can book with us. However, our VIP members receive exclusive benefits, including discounted rates, 24/7 backup care, priority booking, and access to their preferred sitters.

How are your caregivers selected?Every caregiver is carefully chosen through a multi-step process that includes background checks, personal interviews, reference screening, and certification in CPR and First Aid. We select individuals who embody professionalism, warmth, and reliability.

Can I request the same sitter or caregiver each time?Yes, we do our best to accommodate repeat caregiver requests, especially for returning families. VIP members receive priority access to their preferred sitters.

Are your team members certified?Yes. All caregivers are certified in CPR and First Aid, and many hold additional qualifications or degrees in child development, education, or nursing.

How far in advance should I book?We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. However, we understand life is busy — and we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Do you accommodate last-minute bookings?Yes. We accept last-minute requests and will work quickly to assign a qualified caregiver. Members receive priority for urgent and same-day bookings.

Do you provide overnight or extended care?Yes. Overnight, weekend, and long-term bookings are available upon request and subject to availability. Custom pricing may apply for extended services.

How do hotel babysitting or pet sitting services work?Simply provide your hotel name, room number, and preferred service time when booking. We’ll coordinate directly with you or the concierge for a seamless experience.

Do you provide services in hotels?Yes. We’re proud to be trusted by many of NYC’s top luxury hotels. We offer in-room child care, pet sitting, and personal services for travelers staying in the city.

Can I book a service if I’m just visiting NYC?Of course! Our services are available to both local residents and visitors. Whether you're here for vacation, business, or an event, we’ll take care of your family while you enjoy your stay.

How do I pay for services?You can securely submit your payment details during the booking process. All information is encrypted and securely stored for one-time or recurring use.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?We understand plans change. You can contact us to reschedule, preferably with at least 24 hours’ notice. To cancel, please notify at least 48 hours in advance. Late changes may incur a fee, especially during peak times or holidays.

Is my personal information secure?Yes. We use secure, encrypted systems to store and process all personal and payment information. We never share your information with third parties without your consent.
